I went to Il Fornello in the summer, and had a really wonderful orchiette (sp?) pasta in a brandy jus with beef tips, and it was really really good!

I can't wait for this EXCELLENT restaurant to open up in my area ( Queen and Logan ) in Leslieville. Wow..........what a treat.!

the gourmet pizza's we're terrific!!! i throughly enjoy my stay... service was fantastic and quick. I would also recommend the spinach salad to start off your meal.

anyone who thinks this is the best pizza in Toronto has obviously not gotten out there and tried different restaurants. What about Terroni or even Amato????

Went to Bloor St. location. Service was terrible, we weren't even finished eating and they pushed the bill. Food was good. Will go back if they get new staff!!! (waitress&hostess miserable!)

Despite what anybody says here :-) I was absolutely amazed at the service at their King Street Location. They went above and beyond the duty. By far one of the best pizza around town. A nice pre-theatre place.

The food was good... the tiramisu was amazing!! but the service was really bad, the waitress was not nice!

It's not just the pizza thats excellent here all the food is great. They have such a great selection of pizza that they even have a crust that people with wheat allergies can enjoy. Thier ceasar salad is worth trying

Just returned home to Pennsylvania from a Toronto getaway trip. Il Fornello was the highlight of our Friday evening. The food was absolutely scrumptious. Each of our party of five selected a different entree, and we actually argued over whose was the most delicious! I will definitely return to this restaurant. Our server was fantastic.
