Biggest waste of my money...ever. I very much regret going to La Paloma. As someone who has also worked as a gelatiere making homemade gelato I was not very impressed with their gelato. But what was even worse was the most appalling service I have ever recieved. I was speechless and disgusted with the way the cashier treated me and my guest. Very unwelcoming, looked completely miserable, had no clue how to treat customers. I can't believe I spent money going to this place. They way they treated us, they should have paid us to put up with their nonsense customer service. I would have felt more comfortable recieving a colonoscopy.

La Paloma is one of the more popular places in toronto for some home made Italian Gelato. Everything is made in the back, and there are plenty of flavours to cater to even the most discerning of palates. The place is almost always busy this time of the year, and the service can be somewhat a struggle, however, If youâre in the area and youâre looking for a good cold creat. Check it out. I also suggest that if youâre closer to Bayview, you try Hollywood Gelato which is on Bayview just south of Eglinton. The gelato there is much more intense and flavourful.

La Paloma gelato on St. Clair - other than the pineapple-basil and zabaglione, the flavours generally seemed flat. Greg's and Solferino are much better. La Paloma obviously adds flavouring and colour to bump up the taste (e.g. watermelon). I won't even get into how ridiculous it is to pay $6.25 for a medium serving (3 flavours).

Stopped at La Paloma for gelato after dinner. the mango matteo flavour was powerful- mango with a hit of cayenne and maybe ginger.
