We had great time, loved the atmosphere, loved the service, Aussi manager is the face of this restaurant, she has the style and knowledge to run this place. The food was great, complements to the kitchen....We look forward to returning.

The atmosphere was beautiful, a big open porch with comfortable seats.

The waiter was odd...attentive at times, then forgetting us to the point that it was a bit annoying.

The food was good-not amazing. The quail appetizer was overcooked, and had the texture of quail jerky-if there is such a thing. The halibut was cooked to perfection, yet tasteless. The steak was undercooked, and not done to the instuctions of the other people I was dining with.

The dessert was fabulous-chocolate cheesecake...yummmmm...

Overall, it was a okay experience-we'd likely try something else in the area if we returned.

Ate there in July. Dinner was delightful The chef has a sense of humour, some of the presentations are extremely clever, and they can really cook (at dinner!). The crab cakes were excellent and the steak unusually good for a plain strip steak with a sauce. The "deconstructed" manicotti was more like a lasagne and much heavier than expected, but it tasted good. Other meals were not as good. Breakfast, in particular, was awful. Check out the aquarium in the hotel lobby.

The restaurant's decor is lovely and the outdoor covered patio is a great place to have a meal.

The appetizer was quite flavourful - a super medley of mushrooms, goat's cheese and flaky wafers between.

The entrees were good and of reasonable portion. The Asian duck with noodles was delicious. The halibut was cooked perfectly and worked well with the potatoes. The vegetables were steamed and served separately in a steamer and were rather plain and rubbery.

The desserts were superb! The cheesecake was of a generous portion served with several toppings. A chocoholic's delight!!

The presentation of the food was wonderfully whimsical - very different from other restaurants. It brought many a smile from the patrons.

A pleasant night out. A perfect location - right across from the Festival Theatre.
