Do not confuse this small little restaurant with the big catering company in NYC that has the same name.... it's not a big restaurant at all.. however, the thing they are big on is taste. My friend and I decided to check this restaurant out because of its convenient location at the corner of Adelaide and Spadina. I wasn't expecting anything good at all... The facade was very slick and modern.. but the space was just really small... When we got inside, a lot of people were waiting on take out.. In fact, I think during the lunch hour, we were the only table that sat down for lunch. It's a nice area though, the windows stretch from ceiling to floor so there's a lot of sun shining in. The food was phenomenal. My friend ordered the Chicken Roti and it was a big roti. I mean, at the supermarket you can buy wraps that are medium, large, or x-large... but these guys must have custom made some super large sized wraps. I ordered the penne w/ jerk chicken and it was really good. Completely blown away at how a small shop like this could create such good food. As they don't usually have dine-in customers, the service wasn't all that great... but everything else was fantastic.
