I was feeling down last night and needed some comfort food in a place that would feed me at 10pm on a rainy Sunday night...

I ended up in the Living Well on Yonge south of Charles. It has been at least 5 years since I have eaten there and was hopeing they would stil have my favorite dish on their menu.. I was not disapointed Blackend Chicken with Raspberry Sauce, Cajun Corn and choice of Linguini Alfredo or Potato.. I chose the Mashed.

Everyone I have ever talked to who has tried this dish loves it the combination of spicy and sweet and the chicken is just perfectly tender.. Corn is nice and spicy and the mashed.. well it is mashed.. a bit soupy nice flavour but I was there for the chicken so no complaints..

I was the only one in the downstairs dining room, had the chiciken and one rye and coke total bill $20, $5 tip because the food made me feel better..
