We had a reservation for a party of 8 at 8:30pm this evening. We weren't greeted by anyone until I had to inform this fat old guy. He turned out to be our server. He always had a blank stare in him, in a rude kind of way. He never leaved our table side, which did not give us any privacy as a group. Just a terrible service which ruined the night for everyone. Makes you just want to eat and leave the place immediately. Don't Go. 02/08/2010

The reception and service we received from the owner was so poor that it spoiled our evening. The waiter who served us was pleasant and made the experience more bearable. The food was average but we will never return to this place since the owner does not seem to welcome new partrons.

They offer a credible steak frites for only $15 - and some fabulous starters (seared tuna on avocado salad or grape tomatoes with julienned celeriac in remoulade...sigh).
We've never spent more than $100 before tax with wine and 3 courses.

Is there better French in the city? Undoubtedly. But I can't think of better value...
