When I lived in Toronto I lived about 3 minutes from Kom Jug. It's close proximity was the bane of my existence; I found myself visiting the place 3, 4, sometimes 5 times a week. The bang for your buck factor is AMAZING! And the renowned bar b q pork is well worth the $5 or so, as its deliciosity is unmatched.

Rice served was burnt and spoiled. Wonton inside noodle soup tasted bad soup base below average and tasted like from can soup. Shrimp with vegatables ordered were over-cooked and veggi turn yellowish/green and taste below average. Check their bath room and you can imagine how bad will be their kitchen at back. Do not recommend this restaurant to any one .. One of the worst restaurant experience in my life. I will rate 0 star for all category if it is available !!

North America's best?? hey, it comes up on google! The BBQ Pork is just amazing! At first, I thought it was okay, but after a few tries, I got addicted. It made my and my friends even wonder if they put some special drugs to get us hooked on the stuff. It is just sooo good. On top of that, it's the cheapest chinese food that you can get, aside from Chinatown Centre's questionable food court. I want to praise their service, quantity, value, and taste. I'd tell you the stories, but my # of words are limited. I highly recommend it. koreazy

Not only does the beloved "Jug" have the best BBQ pork in North America, the service is the friendliest and most efficient in Toronto. Enjoy complimentary chunks of yummy oranges after your steaming bowl of pork or duck noodle soup.

This place has the BEST BBQ pork in the city! I'm Chinese, and have eaten BBQ pork my entire life, but this restaurant had me raving about it to my family and friends! - MW

This place is perfect for late night cravings! They are open until 4am, you can always find something you like and 3 people can eat until they are stuffed and bring home leftovers for about $35. Everyone I have brought there has gone back- with or without me!

Food was actually quite good, the service wasn't the greatest, and not the nicest looking of places, but overall i would go back for sure. Really excellent food!

It's not the nicest looking place but it does serve the best BBQ Pork and BBQ Duck liver in the GTA. Been going there for the last 25 years, my parents even longer.

This is my favorite chinese restaurant. Amazing food and a nice homely athmosphere. I recommend the general tsos chicken, crispy spicy beef, and shanghi noodles.

Hi ive been going to Kom Jug Yuen ever since i was in my mother's stomach im 22 now, its honstly the best chinese place ive found, and i love chinese food, ive brought dozens of friends there and they all fall in love with the food its truely great food.. my personal favorite is the famous congee soup(pork)
