You will find friendly, relaxed service in this authentic Uyghur (Northwestern Chinese Muslim) restaurant. I went on a Wednesday night at 8 pm and it was full. Be sure to try the spicy laghman (freshly made noodles) prepared with lamb and the lamb seekh kebabs - but practice your chopstick skills at home first! Pass on the nan (which did not seem fresh) and stick with the lamb kebabs and the lamb soup. Each dish is really enough to serve 2 people.
