fine authentic Lebanese cusineThe dispaly of food first attract your attention and stimulate your appetite. I sampled few appetizers with my friends and every single one tasted amazing. It is a must see and try resturant. I will say it is the only resturant down town toronto that offers a fine authentic Lebanese cusine. tags: falafel, kabab kafta

Paramount Restaurant's staff are ignorant and unfriendly. Their service sucks! You have to walk around just to get your order from counter to counter with a long line up. Their food is not that great! Go to Pita & Grill by Eglinton and Tomken instead of going to Paramount. Pita & Grill have definitely THE BEST middle-eastern food, and are very friendly with fast service! They do not discriminate, and most of all, VERY CLEAN!!! I would rate them a "10" - for service and cost... Visit them now!!

I used to go to this place all the time...I didn't go for a few months and decided to take my family...what a disappointment...the cook was picking his crustys out of his eyes and actually tried to cook my food without washing his hands when we attempted to tell the "manager" they all stood around talking about us...they didn't realize that I could understand every word..all and all this place used to be awesome and has really gone down hill.

i found paramounts kenafa amazing but a little over priced. as far as the shawarma i think the sandwiches they make at mona fine foods are much tastier and appealing. for the price you pay at mona you are getting a much bigger sandwich and it is not so much covered in grease. deserts paramount, sandwiches at mona fine foods. although theydo have a smaller but equally delicious variety of baklavas and cookies.

the kenafa was outstadning but mona has one too thats a little less fat for those watching their wieght. paramount special is soooo goood, but i have to say the falafel sandwich was not wat i expected. after eating it at mona fine foods i assumed they tasted the same everywhere, but i was wrong. mona's are nice big pieces that taste fresh in your mouth. i think paramount heats them up. worth the trip for the paramount special
