wow, this place is great! originally we planned to try "El Fogon Peruvian restaurant" but it was closed due to construction. then some spanish guy passing by told us to try 'El Plebeyo' which is also peruvian cuisine and better than 'El Fogon'.
we had the soup of the day to start which is very good. also had the fruit juice mixed with corn, not bad. then the host brough a basket of bread which is still warm, butter, and pepper hot source.
we ordered 6 main dishes : pork liver, two beef, one baby pork ribs ,one pan-fried grouper, one chick dish. They are all very tasty. everyone enjoyed the food.
the desert is pretty good, it's a cooki, cactus and ice cream. the ice cream looks no different from vanilla one but it has a little bit of taste that make it taste diff. different but good.
my complains to this restaurant are: 1) the menu is too colourful to read. also the name of the dish is writting in some kind of english font that is hard to read. 2) our dishes come all at the same time. 3) plate is big and makes the portion look too small. Actually i think we wouldn't feeling a little bit full if without the bread ( we had two basket of them )
total bill comes about $155 not inclu tips.
