LOVED the Matterhorn! Good thing my cholesterol is normal because of all the butter they must have used to grill the schnitzel! I'm not a fan of butter but it definitely was a case of using real ingredients, not too much pre-made or processed. Next time I'll have to go back for lunch...I've never understood why the same meal is cheaper mid-day. The room is old skule, as in themed and well, old, but it added to the atmosphere.

Loved the Matterhorn. It was not open the Sunday night we got there so we stayed over the next day for lunch and I thought my DH might just go face down in the spatzle.
