Go to Lucy's bar on a Sunday. Everything on the bar menu is half off and ends up being $2.50-$4.00 a dish. Like you said, it can be hit or miss; I ordered the pulled pork nachos and they just weren't as good as I had imagined. About 4 of the 6 dishes the SO and I ordered were good, and the bill was miniscule, so I wouldn't consider it a bad trip.

Lucy's seafood is part of a big chain, and their seafood can be hit-or-miss. Some of their apps and mains are quite tasty but it's not great by any means.
