The food in the buffet is recycled. This is what they do -- they recycle the Chinese style deep fried chicken, which was served the previous day, into a new dish called Dhania Chicken!! Dania Chicken came with a thick, black gravy. We scraped off the gravy to see the pieces of deep fried chicken emerge!! Clearly, we were getting two tastes -- a Chinese flavor overlaid with an Indian flavor.
The vegetable dishes contain little veggies and mostly are thick gravy.
The chicken dishes are usually undercooked, and are covered in gravy. The mutton dishes lack quantity, which does not seem fair in view of the high price.
