I have watched the Moroccan family who runs King Falafel at the SW corner of Bathurst and Eglinton make the Shawarma. Well-seasoned chicken and veal or whatever, layered by hand. Delicious. A family-run operation with very good tasting falafels too. Highly recommend it.
