The carrot and pear soup was hot and delicious. A new flavour that I hope I have the opportunity to try again. I ordered a smoked chicken dish. The presentation was beautiful with red, yellow, and orange peppers throughout. The classical guitarist added to the relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend La Maquette to friends.

Arrived for reservation on time, however we had to wait, in the dining room, while they prepared another (noisy) table for us because another table requested to move to ours for their dessert. We waited 18 minutes for a server to finally acknowledge us and take a drink order (no exaggeration). Our dinners arrived, luke warm at best. We sent them back and our new dishes we even colder. No follow-up from manager. Flavours were ok, but definitely not "fine dining". Very dissapointing !!! At least the wine was good, but of course, they had nothing to do with that.
