I have always enjoyed Millers in the past and was quite excited to invite several people for dinner there this past Thursday evening. I had tried to make a reservation but the phone wasn't answered so I emailed my reservation request. Imagine my surprise when I showed up with my party to find the establishment closed!!! Their letter in the window was dated October 12th with no reopen date. Very unprofessional way to run a business...this information should have been given to me on their phone line or on their website.

I have to say that I have ate at a few places, but nothing beats the taste, style, and the warm serves that you get at Miller's! Miller's is place for the whole family, or just a couple, or even a night out yourself, they are like family, and always make me feel welcome.

Miller's is the definition of Canadian food: from pioneer bread to Quebec quiche, we were amazed at how Canadian the whole ambiance was (humble, hardworking, honest with a old-fashioned country flare)! They should market that angle more. Oh yah, and the food we ordered was delicious and affordable and our waitress was friendly and joked with our five year old. We definitely recommend Miller’s and feel proud to be Canadian while eating there!!!

They do comfort food and the basics at an exceptional level. Everything has a little "twist" that gives it something a chain could never match. My kids make us drive from north of Barrie, Ontario for Pioneer Bread! The Simcoe County Salad is excellent. Attention to details is what makes Miller's the perfect family outing.

The food at Miller's is superb, and you indeed get value for your dollar. Miller's has an atmosphere that really no other restaurant I have ever seen in Toronto replicate and I love it. Great job and keep it up!!!
