We went for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Although the restaurant was busy, all our needs were met, staff was friendly and food was fantastic. Definately go for a platter of tapas and the fish of the day....both left our mouths watering for more. The chocolate mousse cake was amazing. We will definately be returning for more!!

I am a frequent diner, but my experience at Millies was by far one of the most entertaining of any of my many dining adventures. I had an asparagus salad followed by the braised lamb and the fregolatta for dessert. The flavors and presentation were out of this world. My server was funny and truly appeared to have a passion for food and wine. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a good meal, good wine and smiles.

I almost wound up going there for dinner, but instead went for lunch. Good thing, since the atmosphere left something to be desired, and the food was a little messy, forcing me to try and put back together my chicken sandwich, which was completely falling apart. Not exactly the most romantic sight if one was trying to have an intimate meal. The taste of the food was alright (more interesting rather than good), but the prices were a little high for what you got.

I just visited Millie’s Bistro for Summerlicious, lets say the high ratings on Toronto.com is no where near the truth. The service was very poor. The waiter was hardly ever seen even though it is small restaurant. Refill on water only met when requested. I thought empty glasses would signal thirsty customers on a hot summer evening, guess not. The food can be good or terrible depending on what combination of appetizer, entrée, and dessert was ordered. The salad is to be avoided unless you like an overwhelming sense of mint and licorice. The soup is good though. The no pasta lasagna was good as well as the spaghettini, but for the adventurous stay away from temptation to order the vegetable tagine. Do not order the strawberry shortcake. However, the chocolate torte was very decadent, best part of the meal. I will not be a returning customer.

AMAZING FOOD! I went for my birthday and it was just fantastic, we ordered lots of tapas and sangria and just ate, drank and laughed the night away, staff was very attentive and never tried to rush us out. Will go again and again.

This is our favourite restaurant. The service and ambience is good but the food is just fantastic. They have an amazing ability to combine great healthy foods into interesting dishes that compliment flavours. The chef is picky and sometimes a dish may not be served if he can't get the best of ingredients that day. They have organic and vegatarian dishes as well as a great steak or tuna so you can bring along the friend with the picky spouse. The menu seems to rotate every season.

Food was just awesome; espeicially loved the salads/appetizers! The combination of each dish and the garnishes used were interesting, exotic, and surprisingly delicious. However, I still felt I overpaid for the meal's value.

One of our favourite haunts!! They do amazing things with seasonal vegetables (try the beet dishes) & fish & chicken. Kids are made to feel very welcome - their spaghetti should be on the adult menu too!! The menu changes frequently so you never get tired of coming back. The spices & combinations of items are really unusual & make for great meal. The desserts are wonderful and the mint tea is just the perfect way to end a splendid meal!
