the service was terrible,the staff looked miserable and were very
rude.the food wasnt completely terrible. the food was overpriced.
the only thing i enjoyed was the atmosphere. that was my first
and last experience at the rainforest cafe.

i love rainforest cafe,and i always go there with my friends.it's ture to say the service is a little bit slow,but for me,when i wait for my food,i always can enjoy taking with my friends or enjoy the wonderful environment.however,the location of this store is not convenient.it is better change to downtown.

The atmosphere is good for kids, service was very slow, we had to wait a long time for someone to take our order, after that, the wait staff was more attentive. The "Awsome Appetizer" was huge and tasty, but food was somewhat overpriced.

IT'S GREAT FOR THE KIDS.MY 2 YEAR OLD REALLY LIKES IT. WE'VE BEEN THERE QUITE A FEW TIMES. NOT TO IMPRESSED WITH THE ADULT FOOD SELECTION, BUT THE KIDS MENU I THINK IS VERY GOOD. AS FOR THE SERVICE NO COMPLAINTS THERE. LIKE EVERY OTHER BUSINESS,IT WILL BE BUSIER AT PEAK TIMES INCLUDING DINNER. JUST THINK IF IT WASN'T BUSY, IT WOULDN'T LAST SO LONG.

Food is OK, but far from cheap. Portions are quite large - basically 1 plate is enough for 1 adult to get full. The place is entertaining for kids and always crowded with couples with children. On our visit service was excellent - no complaints whatsoever. Don't miss the gift shop - half of the entertainment is there.

The food is great, as always you want the food cheaper but for the quality it is very reasonable. As for the service the Rainforest Cafe is always busy and the staff are alawys running and they do get tired towards the end of thier shift. Try to go for lunch the service is great.

What a great place to visit. Just as entertaining for adults as well as the younger set. While service isn't super quick, there is enough going on around you to keep you entertained. Its nice to sit back and enjoy the whole pkg. rather than rush through your meal. Great ambience..great food... and great service. Memories are made in this place! Don't forget your camera.....staff is more than willing to help you get a memorable picture.

Fun for special occasions! You have to be a kid or young at heart to enjoy the animatronic animals and thunderstorms. Service is slow but staff was pleasant and helpful. We were promptly moved to a different table when gramma complained she felt a draft. As for the food: crab cakes were cold in the middle, rice was bad, steak was ok, mashed potatoes were good, country fried chicken was good, drinks were great, coconut shrimp was great, salmon was cooked perfectly, and kids' fish and chips were a hit with the kid. The volcano desert was fun and would feed 4 adults. Beware of the gift shop; there's a lot of cool stuff to be had!

Service and Abmience was great. The food and price was below average. The attraction to this restaurant is simple for the surroundings.
