This is one of the best spots in the City, especially for weddings. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. For anyone who want great tasting quality food, check this spot out.

This is an excellent restaurant. We will be holding our wedding reception here in a few weeks and they have been extremely helpful throughought the planning process. The menu they've created for us is outstanding and their prices and attention to detail are excellent. Everyone who has come to check out the restaurant before the reception has enjoyed the experience and Brian (owner) always makes us feel welcome. I would recommend this restaurant highly to anyone.

A group of us went here for Summerlicious and the food was quite decent, but the service was really disappointing - it was more the lack there of. I was even served a martini with flies in it and they didn't even apologies for that happening or provide any compensation of any sorts. If you're not in a rush to go anywhere and don't mind slow service come here for dinner.

$30.00 dinner for summerlicious was a bang!!! The food is excellent and the choices were great. I tried the BBQ ribs with BBQ sauce and my wife had the duck. It was a very good experience and we will definitely go back!

We went there on July 3 to try their Summerlicious menu. The food was a bit too salty, but the presentation was nice. The service was poor, because no one cared to ask if we liked the food or come to fill up our coffee. Finally, they overcharged the tax and the gratuity on our food bill. So make sure you check the bill before you pay!

I have had the pleaseure of eating at 1055 Restaurant and it worth it. The food was superb, the service was fantastic. I enjoy going to 1055, I would recomend this restaurant to anyone.

I live in the UK but visit Toronto regularly. I always make of point of going to 1055. The experience is always a pleasure. The food is consistently good and Brian and his staff are delightful.

1055 is definately the new buzz in town. I totally agree with Joanne Kates when she said "the cooking is as delightful as the service." It is an excellent restaurant with a Chef (Vallipuram) who knows how to please his customers. The servers are very attentive.

Valentine's Day was absolutely perfect. The place was buzzing. The dining room was intimate and warm and the food was excellent from start to finish.
