my husband and i went last night, and the steak was amazing...the waitress screwed up my order, but it was quickly and politely rectified.
Very pricey....a basic petit filet is 45 bucks, plus 8 bucks for a BAKED POTATO.
A POTATO....8 bucks.
there's just no need for that.
they must just laugh their ass off in the kitchen when someone orders one !!!

I have been to 3 different Ruth's locations and the food is always spectactular. If you can forget about the cost, you will have the best meal of your life. I always leave there in culinary ecstacy. In my opinion it is worth every penny, and I have finally been able to convince my husband too. Save it for a special occasion.

Myself and two of my family members were in edmonton over thanksgiving this year, and we were looking for a place to eat and just settled on Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. I am so glad we did, even being in Alberta (the beef Province) I have never eaten a better piece of meat in my life!!! We had a excellent spinach salad and a gigantic baked potatoe that was cooked to perfection!!! The service was very good, and when my steak was not cooked the way I had ordered they took it right off our bill, which is very good PR on there part, and that alone would make me go back. That and the most delicious creamy cheesecake, and Cappuccino ever known to man!!!

The food was great the server kind of got our order wrong. My boyfriend and I ordered mashed potato as a side dish and she gave us au gratin. We were probably given Au Gratin because I asked what it was and all of a sudden that's what they gave us, but overall I think their food is great. I don't go as much as I want to due to the cost but if I'm craving steak Ruth's Chris is the place I'll go for sure.

Also, since it was Valentine's Day, I got a long stem red rose.

OK, so they're a huge international chain. So what, if the steaks are to die for? Not cheap, so I only go there once a year on my birthday. Bless corn-fed USDA.

The best steak in the world!! The staff are super nice and look after you like you're the only one in the restaurant. I'll be back again soon!!

I have eaten steak all over the world , and there is no better steak bar none. All their sides are delicious too and their service is wonderful . They treat you like family.

We had a wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris in Mississauga! The food and service was exceptional. Great attention to detail! Expensive but worth every penny. A great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.
