As a kid, I have to say I'm impressed. I hate fast food chains like McDonalds and Wendy's for their practically plastic burgers. Hero Burgers are excellent, especially the 100% Angus Burger. However the wait was really long to get the burger, which was very annoying.

While they are excellent burgers. The service is so terrible I've given up trying to altogether. A thirty minute wait for a hamburger is too much. Especially for people on their lunch break.

Recently tried the new St.Clair & Yonge location of Hero and I must say that I was impressed. While the wait time was a bit long, it was well worth the wait. The burgers were juicy and there was a wide choice of toppings. Ordering the burger was a bit confusing at first but I enjoyed the fast food but with service. I was also happy to find that I could get coffee in my combo as opposed to the normal fast food pops. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Great burgers when you add the toppings you want to them. The meat tastes great. The standard is too plain. Service is slow. A second cash may help.

Just tried Hero Burgers for the first time and while the food was worth the trip, the service was atrocious. Both the cashier and the 'toppings artist' (for lack of a better term) had all kinds of trouble keeping orders straight which resulted in a couple of returns for the right toppings, misplaced orders and not surprisingly a long wait in line. The 15 year-olds at McDonalds could show them a thing or two about how to take and process orders quickly. Better to try when you have a lots of free time...and patience!

Excellent burgers! The ingredients are high quality and very fresh, resulting in a delicious hamburger. The fries are very good also. Try the house special sauce. I met the owner and he is obviously very proud of his restaurant; he will definitely continue to ensure that the quality of the food is consistent and a good value. Check it out if you haven't already.

Their fries are suprerb, but the burgers are OKAY. I've had better burgers. I don't see what all the hype is about.

Hero Burgers makes the best burger and fries I have ever eatten!!! In my opinion the food at hero burger should get 10 stars!!!

A little pricey, but the gourmet burgers are good -come in 3 sizes: 4,6 or 8oz and the fries are unbeatable!
