Love it!I love this place! Beautiful, easy-going atmosphere and great food. The menu is always changing and keeps getting better. Don't forget to try the desserts!

I have been to Grano a few different time but this last time was absolutley terrible. My salad had a hair in it, the pasta was made with tomato sauce although not specified on the menu (and tasted terrible), the service was slow and we were made to feel as if the mistakes were our fault. It was for my mothers Birthday and all they did was give us some liquid gelato for dessert and an old hard crusty italian bread for the road. We will NEVER go back, they are depending on their loyal customers otherwise they would be shut down forsure!

Went there for a work function, always a bonus when the company picks up the tab...not this time though, the food was probably one of the worst experience we've encountered the feeling being mutual from the whole table. I have to say the setting is absolutely intoxicating a real feel of a european courtyard. Service was so so slow and when the entrees came... well anyways you win some you lose some.

I have been living in this neighbourhood for years and just tried Grano last nite Sept9/04. All I can say is WOW!!! The food was awsome! The service was awsome! The ambience was perfect!!! It's like being in someones home!!! It won't be long before our next visit!!! LOVED IT!!! ps... if you love salad try the one with the crostini w/ricotta cheese..you wont be disappointed!!!

My family and I had dinner at your restaurant on Friday July 9th. What a lovely experience. Ambience, food, frendliness, service AND $ were very good. We had dinner at another 'top rated' restaurant a few nights before which had 'excellent' reviews on the internet and it left alot to be desired. This was much better and we will certainly return.. Highly recommend.

I recently went with friends to Grano, and have to say I was quite disappointed. While the courtyard has a very cosy feel, the slight smell of sewage was enough to turn me off for the rest of the night. Three different bottles of wine were ordered, but none were produced. The restaurant didn't seem to have any of the wine that they had on their extensive list. The food wasn't horrible, but it was quite uneventful. Beyond that, service was horrible. I am sure we would have spent more on wine and beer, but were never asked. It was my first time at this restaurant, and will definitely be my last.
