Amazing food and service, Chris and Terry make your stay at the Patrician grill most welcome. This is a dinner that has been around for 40 years, and is old fashion. I welcome anyone who knows good food to visit the Grill.

Any 'diner' that uses frozen french fries that are overcooked, lose it in my book.

The prices were a little high for a diner and the frozen cardboard sticks they serve as fries cheapened the whole meal.

Toronto doesn't have a lot of good greasy spoons with amazing home made fries, like so many other cities do. This place was a major dissapointment...mainly because of the awful french fries.

between Jarvis and Sherbourne. It's a family run place, with friendly but efficient service. The tables are booths, and there are stools along the counter which give the place a very traditional diner vibe that's real, not contrived in some boardroom.

Big bacon and eggs breakfasts are cheaper before 11am. They also have a lot of burgers and meals like shepphard's pie. And they even have beer!

Unfortunately they are not open Sundays, though.

A classic family run diner. Quick, filling breakfasts. Their motto is "eat here, diet at home". About half the price of 'morning glory cafe' and 'Le Petit Déjeuner'.

Banquet Deluxe Burger at the Patrician on King East (at Sherbourne). Homemade, with the best attitude of a family run diner. The patties soemtimes fall apart..but who cares when it's so good.

This place is awesome, my friends and I attend George Brown and go there whenever we have a break to have lunch...the clubhouses are awesome, milkshakes, french fries, everything. I would advise everyone to go there and try it out you won't be disappointed!

My mother discovered The Patrician when attending George Brown in the early 80's,liver and onions are her fave in the contry!I was introduced to their burgers about 20 years ago now and they are still the juiciest, most delicious burgers in the city, cooked to perfection in five minutes flat.Of coarse it doesn't hurt to have such a handsome guy running the place! -Antoine

The best liver and bacon in the city. Really. If you think you don't like liver, you need to go to the Patrician and have liver and bacon, served with mashed potatoes. You'll change your mind.

One of downtowns undiscovered gems. Cool retro meets ethnic hip. Year after year, this well run diner pumps out consistently good chow. Take your date here, and impress her as you trade quips on psychic-emo bafflegab with owner/operator Terry Papas. He'll rock your world, as Chief cook Chris satisfies your hunger pangs with excellent diner fare. Ton's of attitude, all of it positive! Way to go guys!
