The service was great and the food was tasteful!! I would eat there again when I am visiting from Hamilton.

I came with a few girl guides and we all really enjoyed ourselves there. Our waiter, Ian, was really nice and a great waiter, not to mention absolutely adorable. The service was quick and there was nothing wrong with any of our orders. Thanks for making our time there enjoyable and we'll be coming back for sure. ~Melissa

A bunch of my friends and I visited one night for some drinks only, so we didn't get to try any of the food. (However, the guy at the table next to us added that the fries weren't really that great) Their drinks are a little pricy, but that's expected. The service was excellent though, and the drinks tasted great.

With so many resturants in the city, I would suggest a pass on the hard rock cafe- food is general and over priced and decor is plastic. they don't take debit but have a handy abm machine in house to add an aditional fee to your bill. come if the kids want to but those looking for value and unique dining experience should pass

Hard Rock is worth at least one visit. You get exactly what you expect there. The restaurant is creative (recently refurbished), well designed and very eye-catching. It is decorated with some of the most interesting rock-n'-roll paraphernalia that anyone has ever seen. There is enough on the walls to make you forget about your food. The Food is pretty good, no better then anywhere else in the city but certainly no worse. The Service was good, prompt and I had no complaints during my various visits. The atmosphere was very good, but the music can tend to get on your nerves if you are trying to have a conversation with someone and all you can hear is the rolling stones. Prices tend to be a bit high given the type of food but its easily excusable given the environment.

A pretty kool place to hang out, listen to some great rock & roll music and meet up with friends, I only wish we had something like this in Scotland. Great atmosphere, Good Food, Staff made my wife & I feel relaxed knowing we were tourists, very good value for your doller, A liitle pricey on the merchandise side but we will be back in December for sure.
