I really enjoy "Alize" located at 2459 Yonge St. It's an Italian/French place with great food and a busy, warm atmosphere. Last time I was there I had the Coq au Vin, and it was heaven! We enjoyed a very romantic dinner there, and plan to go back. In the summer they have a small patio we'd like to try ( good people watching! )

I like the ambiance at Alize, it's so cozy and french provinicial.. I would recommend this place for a small intimate gathering. The food is good.

Located in the popular yonge-Eglinton district, this small french-italian restaurant is a true find. I dined there with several friends, and we found it delightful. The servers were friendly, polite and efficient, although the restaurant was quite busy at the time. i had the vegetariano wrap, (about $10) and it was fantastic. Served with house soup or salad, I tried the minestrone. Rich and flavourful. My friends had the angel hair pasta, ravioli and grilled salmon, all which were amazing. This restaurant is not to be missed. The wine list, though small, was not pricey and had some nice wines. The servers were always smiling, and there was a fantastic energy, yet it was peaceful to sit and chat. Alize is a must for any lunch (or dinner) occasion!
