although i was ignorant to carens wine and cheese, i still was skeptical about the dining. of course they would have good wine and cheese, but actual food? what a pleasent suprise. the food was wonderful. i had the maple glazed salmon; superb. other dishes were equally raved about. the plates were elegent and properly sized, i was satisfied but not stuffed. the waiter seemed a little flighty but that goes along with this unprentious setting. all in all i've found a hidden gem.
