jack's in toronto is different from smaller cities, it's more upscale but still has that comfortable bar and grill fun atmosphere. i've been too many times to count and have never been disappointed with a single dish. sit in the lounge if you want a more intimate evening. service is generally always great with the exception of when it's busy (they might benefit from a few extra staff). over all i would recommend it to anyone who wants a good dining experience.
