Nevada we chose, and on the whole it was a good choice. There's a good prix fixe option, at $24, which includes appetizer, soup and main. Mains a la carte on that part of the menu are 16-18, starters 8 or 9 and the soup 5.
We ordered mains from there, but appetizers not included in the p.f. To begin we had a spicy shrimp appetizer and a salad with grilled vegetables and chevre. Both nicely presented and tasty. As mains my friend had an NY strip steak, sauced and glazed (how exactly I forget - should have taken notes), which was flavourful but a bit undercooked for him. I had a tuna steak, in a Thai-esque glaze. A bit of heat, a bit of sweet. The fish itself was beautifully fresh, but sadly, a tiny bit overcooked, though not enough to be dry. Accompaniments to both were assorted veg (adequate but not exciting) and lovely little roasted potatoes, nicely salty and butter/oily, of which we could have eaten a carload.
We were a bit late for our film, so didn't have dessert. Service was casual but attentive. All in all, a good experience.
