Office Xmas dinner. We booked a private room for the event, booked food and wine, Hors D'oeuve platters. Got there. No food no bread no hors d'oeuve on the table. SOme members of the party got there early, no server attending too. She just sat there on her own for quite a while. Service was horrible. Our presents apparently are blocking the servers path. He tapped on my shoulder(don't even touch me when I don't know you) and asked me to move them!!!One hours later, hors d'oeurve came, another 15 mins cold bread came. Then when we want to get the wine, I had to stand at the door to get the server's attention. The server was out in the main dining room walking about. Later appetizer came, soup came, calamari came, no salad. Other people waited. took another 30 mins for salads. By that time, hot food got cold, no one complained. Pasta dish came, they were cold already. Asked the server to warm them up. Attitude!!!! Ask us to talk to the chef. Chef came out started yelling of giving him more work to do. Only 3 other tables outside. Warmed up pasta came out again. Still only lukewarm. Even the plates were cold. Said we left the door open and so the food got cold. Entre came, everyone started eating quickly, this time the food was hot but my Medium rare steak was a well done. For a ~$300 service fee. That was a really bad service. The server was constantly not there. 3 other tables outside and 4 other servers, I don't know why our server was not attending our room. Do not ever go there. Really really bad.

As a chef in Las Vegas, I like to criticize but La REserve is hands down the best Italian food in the city.

A valentine's day to remember.... talk about special mood and ambiance The piano 'music,the well balanced menu,the romantic setting and the chef /owner Mario and She said YES what more can a man ask for? We love La Reserve ,

I saw the reviews and decided to take my wife here for our anniversary. It was the best decision I made. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. Even the owner Mario came over and said hello and made us feel very special. This is now our new favorite place.

Mario has a brand new menu with wonderful food - this is probably the best Italian restaurant in the city, but expensive. A real treat for lunch or dinner. Weekend evenings they have a piano player - nice.

I reluctantly agreed to go for lunch with my business associates only to unearth a precious gem.we were ushered into a beautiful private room and were treated to a wonderful lunch The Chef/Owner came in to make recommendations and shook hands with all of us. I felt important and left La Reserve with a signed deal .we were given plenty of attention as well as privacy when we needed it ...Well done La Reserve I will be back!!!

Mario and the staff at La Reserve make it an absolute treat to dine there. This has become a favourite restaurant for me. Try it - you won't be disappointed!

AMAZING!!!! The food, service, and atmosphere were incredible. This is now my favourite restaurant of all time. For all of those who haven't gone you have no idea what you're missing. Well done La Reserve!!

Expensive but well worth every penny! The food is scrumptous and will make your tastebuds tingle. The ambiance is soothing for the soul. Everthing combines to make this a wonderful dining experience.
