the server named shane was very knowledgeable, courteous, anticipatory. the food was awesome and plentiful. i had the austin steak cooked to perfection and my friend had the nachos (enough to feed 4 people). great service, atmosphere, clean and they very friendly and warm. i would take any family visiting toronto here.

i think the armadillo is a great place for hanging out with friends. they have great food...their baked potato soup is to die for. i could go back again and again and again! in fact, i go back any chance i can. have fun and eat well!

ive been here twice. the food is ok, pricey for boring run of the mill food. the margaritas are fantastic though, and i would go back for those. i only went when a friend took me and for a b-day party but would never really go there on my own will.

Everytime we go out in Toronto, we make sure it is the Armadillo Texas Grill!! ALL I CAN SAY IS AMAZING FAJITAS! AMAZING MARGARITAS! Don't eat for the day cause the servings are huge!

I like going there. My b/f and I met my cousin there for dinner but it was really busy and we didn't want to wait, so we went to another place. I'm taking my b/f there for his b-day surprise dinner!

We went to the Armadillo today for lunch. Everyone (8) agreed that the food was good however the service was lacking. Our meals were straight off the regular menu, nothing special and many came from the "lunch express" menu. However it took over an hour for our food to arrive. We never received an explanation or an apology.

I have been to this restaurant about 10 times now. I have only received good service one of those times. Mediocre service probably 6 times and absolutely rude service 3 of those times. If they were not on Front street near the financial district/skydome/air canada centre, i am sure they would be bankrupt with that service. I am not even close to a demanding person either. The Fajita's are excellent. The meat is tender and the sauce (Spicy Jalapeno) is so good.

I love the Armadillo...It is a great place to go with friends. The service and the food is consistantly incredible. You can always count on a good time. I highly recommend it for fun and great fajitas.

I'm 43 and have 3 sons in their twenties. Anytime I suggest a meal they all want Armadillo's. Staff is very friendly and fast. The food is awesome. Huge portions, delicious steaks cooked to perfection. Fajitas, the best I've had anywhere. I recommend everyone try Armadillo's food. I always want to go back, and frequently do.

The food was okay at best. You are better off going to a Kelseys or Casey's in an area where it is not such a hassle to park your car. I don't think I'd return unless I had to with my work.
