I remember hanging at Remy's 2 1 years ago when the only reas on you couldn't get a drink wa s because it was so packed you couldn't get near the bar! I suspect they will be renovatin g soon so I plan to spend load s of time there this summer an d winter so I have no problem getting in when they do.

while the food is passable, the service here ruins the entire experience. my girlfriends and i went last weekend only to wait 20 minutes for our drink orders to arrive! they could use a bit of renovation as well since the furniture seems to have also survived the decades and only two of the patio heaters actually work

I have always enjoyed spending time on Remy's patio, but I do think the service could be better. With some staff training this could be a great, fun spot to hang out, as the patio is a blast! It's fantastic for people watching, as one digs into a nice summer salad and a cool bevvie. One can often spot celebs hiding out there and the regular patrons are pretty colorful too. All in all, it's one of my favorite Toronto drinking/dining spots.

Remy's is tres passe. It also tries to be a restaurant,lounge, bar, club,and whatever else I might be missing. Pick one not all!

Remys is somewhat ageless but the servers seem to come and go at an alarming pace. A truly nice spot but suffers from an uncommitted staff.

I have always liked going to Remys, however recently I had a dinner at their large patio and was surprised by terrible service! The service will put you in a front seat not your large patio.

You'd get better service at a used car dealership! We suffered through an embarrassingly bad server who ruined the evening... I don't care how big the patio is!

Last time I went to Remy's was on the Wednesday...And their specials were great in terms of value....The pasta tasted great and the caesar was decent...I enjoyed the atmosphere very much...The lightings were perfect..and the setting of the restaurant just make you feel cozy...CJ
