I have had the opportunity to visit 3 of their locations.
Dufferin and Dundas seams to be the best, more efficient, more professional and better quality of food.
St.Clair, the newest of the 3, the up keep of restaurant needs to reviewed, and quality of food needs to be greatly improved (food cold, warmed up, not fresh)
Mississauga is poorly managed, very unprofessionals serves with a "no care attitute". At the Mississauga location in 2 different occassion i order Grilled Bacalhao with potatoes in both cases the cod was still frozen in the center,when brought to there attention no apoligy given, no compensation given even after having to eat after the rest of my group.
I love eating fresh Carne Alentejana, i took the effort to ask waiter if it was fresh and if it was the real deal, it was confirmed that it was fresh; on arrival it was noticeable that that was not fresh, the meat had been warmed up with a sauce to tried to hide the precooked taste, smell and was served with rosted potatoes(this is to be served with cubed fried potatoes)
I have given this establishment multiple opportunities.....and have been disappointed ...........I will not return
