Recipe for Perfect Hummus

Chuck one and a half table spoons of tahini and four table spoons of lemon juice into a blender. Emulsify.
Take two boxes/cans of chick peas. Keep the water from the second box. Blend.
Add tahini mix. Blend.
Add Garlic. Blend.
Add olive oil. Blend.
More lemon juice. Blend.
2-4 pinches of salt. Blend.
Chill for an hour or so. Spoon out into a bowl, make a reservoir and add olive oil. Stir olive oil in just before eating. Delicious.
