Extra Rich Rocky Road

Doesn't look much but by gum it's tasty!
300g Dark Chocolate (85% cocoa solids)
125g unsalted butter
3 - 15ml tablespoons of golden syrup
200g Amaretti biscuits
75g mini marshmallows
Big handful of rasins
Big handful of chopped glacé cherries
Gently heat the butter, chocolate and syrup in a pan.
Put the biscuits in a freezer bag and bash with a rolling pin, you want some small bits some big bits and some dust.
Once the chocolate has melted add all the other ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Line a shallow dish with cling film, pour in the mixture and cool in the fridge for a couple of hours or over night.
Turn out the resulting block, cut into small squares, enjoy!
