Chickpea and spinach curry

A simple vegetarian curry, serves two. Fry some onions (and, optionally, some chopped peppers) till soft, stir in two cloves of crushed garlic (and a chopped chilli if desired), half a teaspoon of turmeric and a couple of teaspoons of curry powder. Cook for a minute or two, stirring constantly, then add a tin of tomatoes, crushing them in your hand to break them up, and a tin of chick peas, drained and rinsed. Cook for 20 minutes or so, then stir in baby spinach leaves and a handful of chopped coriander. Season and serve.
