Triple Chocolate Chunk Bourbon Brownie Pie

I basically have a brownie recipe I always use:
1 tablespoon vegetable margarine
4 oz plain soy yogurt
1 cup raw sugar
Egg Replacer for 2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
5 tbsp bourbon
1/2 cup cut chocolate bits
1/2 cup white carob chips
4 tbsp melted chocolate
Pie Crust

Mix all ingredients but white chocolate chips and chocolate drizzle together.- batter will be very stiff. Spread on top of a pie crust -- bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with white carob chips and drizzle with the chocolate.

Serves 8 +
