New recipe!
These are great!

1/2 cup vegetable margarine
1/2 cup sugar
Replacer for 2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup soy creamer
1/2 cup pumpkin, pureed
3 tbsp rum
2 tbsp brandy

Mix wet and mix dry then fold together. Set brandy aside. Fill muffin liners 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. Brush tops with brandy and serve (you could also make a brandy glaze for the top but these were so good the way they were why bother)
Makes 10-12
