Hazelnut Cocoa Peppermint Pinwheels

These may not be the prettiest but they sure taste fabulous! Recipe coming.
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vegetable margarine, softened
1/3 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Combine ingredients and roll into a log and wrap in plastic wrap- refrigerate 1 hour.

1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vegetable margarine, softened
1/3 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Combine ingredients and roll into a log and wrap in plastic wrap- refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll out chocolate dough into a rectangle- roll the peppermint dough out also- Lift the peppermint dough and place on top of chocolate and roll up, ending with the seam down. Wrap in plastic wrap again and refrigerate 8 hours.
Slice and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 12 minutes.
Makes 24.
