Duckbreast, Grilled Vegetables & Ovenroasted potatoes

Grilled Vegetables with Tabil
1 bulb of fennel
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 red onions
1 aubergine
1 courgette
For the "tabil":
1 T corianderseeds (crush them a little)
1 t carawayseeds (crush them a little)
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/8 t cayennepepper
1/8 t currypowder
½ t ground cumin
1 ½ dl olive oil
First grill the sliced vegetables on a bbq or in a grillpan. (in a few batches)
Transfer all the grilled vegetables to an ovendish, add the tabil-mixture, mix with all the vegetables and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Before serving, put the ovendish in a 200C oven for about 25 minutes.
(At this moment you can also add some (cherry)tomatoes)
I've made this dish a dozen times already. It's a little work to get all the vegetables grilled if you have just 1 grillpan, or even if you have two, like me. But it's worthwhile.
