Rum Balls

Yummy yummy, one of the best parts of Christmas. I made these to share with friends later in the day.

Recipe:
Crush 1 packet of Milk Arrowroot biscuits (cookies).
Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and mix.
Add approx 150g melted dark cooking chocolate, mix.
Add approx 3 tablespoons rum, mix
Roll into little balls, and coat with chocolate sprinkles (or coconut).
Freeze for a few hours.
