Penne Pasta - cooked & then cooled
rocket
cherry tomatoes (they suggested quartered... ha! - i used grape tomatoes halved)
kalamata olives - halved
baby bocconocini (one day I will learn now to spell this)
half a bunch of basil
bunch of chives
dressing
equal amounts of red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
garlic
I'm not specifying quantities as I tend to think that with salads you go for what you like
