vegetable pastie
bought from daylesford markets

maple roasted pumpkin & apple
cut 750g of pumpkin into slices - halve
preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
melt 40g of butter
toss pumpkin through about 2/3 of melted butter
roast for 10 minutes
toss 3 apples sliced into 8 pieces through remaining butter
add to roasting tray with pumpkin
roast for 30 minutes
drizzle over 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
roast for a further 10 minutes

sweet potato mash
cut sweet potato (yams) into pieces add to boiling salted water
cook until soft
mash with butter, milk & coriander (cilantro)
