I'm getting better at this food bizzo ;)
Due to the large amount of rocket/argula that we have... we're trying to get creative.
So here's one idea
a salad using sauted rocket
start with some blanched aspargus and halved baby bocconcini. Heat some organic olive oil in a fry pan, add the diced pear & peach, throw over a pinch of caster sugar and a splash of white wine balsamic vinegar - heat until warmed through. Throw in bowl with bocconcini & aspargus. Throw rocket in frypan and cook until wilted - throw in with rest of salad - mix & serve
