red salmon & asparagus quiche

grease baking tin
we cheat and use premade shortcrust pastry
sprinkle bottom of base with a fair amount of grated cheese
sprinkle a can of (drained) red salmon over the cheese
fry asparagus & diced onion in some butter, garlic & dried chilli (i'm out of the fresh stuff)
sprinkle over salmon & cheese
mix 2 eggs and 2/3 cup milk in a bowl with cracked pepper & herbs of choice
pour milk mix over
bake in a preheated oven @ 200 celcius for about 20-30 minutes
serve with salad or pasta
(I served this with steamed baby brussell sprouts and oven fried chips)
