red salmon & asparagus duck egg pie

this is pretty much a quiche - just done in a baking tin rather than that annoying flan tin (I got lazy last night)
grease baking tin
we cheat and use premade shortcrust pastry
sprinkle bottom of base with a fair amount of grated cheese
sprinkle a can of (drained) red salmon over the cheese
fry asparagus & diced onion in some butter and garlic
sprinkle over salmon & cheese
mix 2 duck eggs and 2/3 cup milk in a bowl with spices (I used the wildings spanish style to give it a bit of oomph)
pour milk mix over
bake in a preheated oven @ 200 celcius for about 20-30 minutes
serve with salad or pasta
