Share on TwitterLarry flew up to Sydney last night but we did get to have dinner together - I was trying to work out just what to do for dinner and I know he loves seafood & salad... I was going to my summer pasta salad but the supermarket had no baby boccocini so I thought about doing a warm seafood salad... instead this what I did
the calamari & prawns/shrimp were pre-packaged & flavoured (calamari = sweet chilli and the prawns/shrimp are garlic)
the salad is rocket, spiral pasta, rocket, cherry tomatoes, blanched asparagus and ranch dressing (low-fat of course))
