another variation!
i'm seriously addicted to these ;)
this is so simple and so tasty
get a sheet of puff pastry - score a line about 1 to 1.5 cm from the edge. Spread some olive tapanade on the base, scatter semi-dried tomatoes and halved cherry tomatoes over the top. Add parmesan and bake for about 25 minutes in a 220 degree (celcius) oven. Scatter basil leaves over the top
I also threw some olives over this one :)
