Strifry 2 chopped cloves of garlics.
Add 500 gram of small potatoes (krieltjes)(with the skin, washed and cut in half) and quickly panfry for about a minute. Add 1 T tomatopaste (and 150 ml passata if you want to add brussels sprouts like I did, if you only want it to be potatoes you don't need the passata), 1 T corianderseeds, a few sprigs of saffron and 1 t spanish smoked paprikapowder. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Cook on high heat for 30 minutes until cooked. The sauce should reduce until thick and sticky.

Cook some brussels sprouts to your liking and add to the potatoes.
