I cooked the sauerkraut for 25 minutes in some leftover cider, 6 juniperberries, 6 coriander seeds and 6 peppercorns.
Mix it with mashed potatoes. Add a big tablespoon of whole grain (limburgse) mustard.
I marinated the 2 porkchops for half a day in 3 T Colman's Mustard Powder. Recommended by Johannes van Dam. But even though I used much more than the first time I tried this, I think it's a bit bland.
