Pannenkoek met Stroop

The last one of the batch was the best one! After having one with apple, one with raspberry-sauce and one with cointreausyrup, I really liked this simply, plain crepe with syrup best! :)
Mix:
125 gr plain flour, sifted
2 eggs
pinch of salt
75 ml milk
into a thick batter without lumps.
Then first add and mix:
260 ml milk
And
30 gr melted butter (microwave)
Leave this batter for about 30 minutes, covered with a towel.
Don't ask me why the melted butter and why the resting, but the pancakes came out perfect. I never was a big fan of pancakes, but these were soft but not floury. I really liked them.
